• Use a mild detergent or soap mixed with warm water to clean the chair’s surface regularly. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that could scratch the electroplated finish.
• Stay away from harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners as they might damage the electroplated surface. Opt for gentle cleaning solutions.
• Use a soft cloth or sponge for cleaning to prevent scratching or damaging the electroplating. Microfiber cloths work well for gentle cleaning.
After cleaning, ensure the chair is dried thoroughly to prevent water spots or residue from affecting the electroplating.
• If the chair is kept outdoors, consider covering it during extreme weather conditions or when not in use to prevent prolonged exposure to harsh elements like direct sunlight, rain, or snow.
• Remember, while electroplating enhances the chair’s resistance to corrosion, proper care and maintenance will extend its lifespan and keep it looking great for longer.
POLYWOOD SEAT
• Use a mixture of mild soap detergent (a dash of washing liquid will be fine) and water and simply wipe with a cloth, sponge or use a hose. After washing, thoroughly rinse with water.
