These tops are suitable for a range of uses and will fit perfectly into any situation – restaurant, cafe or home.

• 2 year structural warranty.
• Suitable for indoor and alfresco commercial use.
• Not recommended to leave outside in sun or rain for long period of time due to the nature of timber.
• Water resistant to water spills. NOT RAIN RESISTANT.
• Heat resistant to 120 degrees. (Avoid placing very hot items directly on your table top. We recommend use of heat resistant mats)
• All table tops and bases in the Pablo range have a 2 year commercial warranty against manufacturer's faults.
• Solid hardwood South American Walnut timber table top.
• Made with FSC certified wood the mark of responsible forestry.
• Commercial grade lacquer coating.
(Rafael tops have 5 layers of primer, then 5 layers of lacquer on each side of the top)
• Flat, smooth surface.

Can be fitted to any base. Screw anywhere on underside.
No need for pilot holes - just screw straight into the table*. Screws are supplied when you purchase this top with a Chairforce base.
Guide marks are supplied on the underside of this table top, for straightforward attachment to the Chairforce range of bases with square attachment plates.
* There are template screw hole markings for easy attachment to all Pablo bases & if you are screwing into the Rafael top within 5mm of the edge, please ensure you drill a pilot hole first, to avoid the timber splitting.

MAINTENANCE OF RAFAEL TABLE TOPS
Following a few easy steps will help keep your table top in the best possible condition.
Our recommendations are as follows:
DAILY CLEANING
The best way to clean a Rafael solid timber table top is to use a mild soap and warm water. A mix of one teaspoon of soap to 4 litres of water is sufficient. Wring your cloth out so it’s only damp, (not dripping wet). Once cleaned, take a soft dry cloth and wipe any excess water away. Remember to make sure the cloth has no foreign material that can scratch the surface.
Go easy on the spray polish. Over time, polish residue dulls wood. Many people reach for the spray simply because they love that just-polished smell. If that’s you, get an air freshener and give your wood a break.
STAINS
Catch the stains before they set in.
No matter what cleaning method you use, the only way to ensure your table top stays stain
free and clean is to regularly clean them. To add to the longevity of your table top, ask your staff to regularly wipe food and spills off the table surface before they set in.
Cleaning products containing organic solvents such as ammonia, bleach, acetone, turpentine, etc. should be avoided; as well as abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and abrasive papers.
Avoid moving abrasive objects on the tabletop surface and also placing hot pots directly on it..
PREVENTING DAMAGE
• Do not expose timber tops to full sunlight for long periods. Timber can, heat up in direct sunlight, which may cause the wood to expand, resulting in split or cracking.
• We recommend you do not place chairs, feet first on any table top.
This can cause unnecessary wear and tear on your table top and if the chairs are dragged off the table top can cause additional scratches and distress to the surface. For better return on
your investment and longevity of your table, invest in stacking chairs and store at the side of your room, rather than on top of your table.
• A dish right out of the oven or a pot right off the stove should not be placed on your timber table without heat protection. Please protect your table from scorching and scratches with a heat resistant mat – a cork mat is ideal.
