Highly recommend buying from Chairforce / Brayco. It’s my general experience that customer service is unfortunately a thing of the past. However, not with these guys. Had a problem with 4 of my chairs. After sending photos and having a discuss on the phone, replacement chairs were received the following day. (And I don’t live local).
Easy to talk to, do exactly what they say they will do, and most importantly at no point do you feel the “fob off”. SO REFRESHING !!!
